Delivery Time:
Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days (excluding Fridays and public holidays).

Shipping Coverage:
We deliver to all governorates across Egypt, from Alexandria to Aswan.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a notification.
Our courier will contact you before delivery to coordinate the timing.

Shipping Fees:
Costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

Our Exchange & Refund Policy at Tosho/Tūchū

Time Frame:
Exchange or refund requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Item Condition:
Products must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags and original packaging attached.

Strict Refusal Criteria:
Items will NOT be accepted if they have:

• Any odors (perfume, smoke, or detergent).
• Signs of wear or stains.
• Been washed or ironed.

Manufacturing Defects:
If a product has a clear defect, Tosho/Tūchū will cover all shipping and replacement costs.

Shipping Fees:
For standard exchanges or returns (no defect), the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
